Mojito

  • 4 oz of Lemon Lime SpaceWater
  • 1 ½ ounces of rum
  • ½ of a lime and 1 small wedge
  • 1 tablespoon of simple syrup
  • 10 fresh mint leaves

Muddle the mint leaves in the glass. Squeeze the half wedge of lime over the muddled mint. Add the simple syrup to the mixture of mint and lime juice. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour the rum over the ice and fill the glass with the Lemon Lime SpaceWater. Stir, taste and add more simple syrup if desired. Garnish with the remaining lime wedge.

Mint Julep

  • 1 ounce of Lemon Lime SpaceWater
  • 2 ounces of bourbon
  • ½ tablespoon of simple syrup
  • 8 fresh mint leaves plus a sprig
  • A few drops of bitters

In a julep cup or rocks glass muddle the mint leaves in the simple syrup. Add the bourbon and Lemon Lime SpaceWater then tightly pack the cup with crushed ice. Stir until the cup is frosted on the outside. Garnish with a mint sprig and add a few drops of bitters.

Tom Collins

  • 1 ounce of Lemon Lime SpaceWater
  • 2 ounces of Hat Trick Gin (a local Charleston favorite)
  • 2 ounces of Bittermilk Number 2
  • Lemon wedge

Combine and the Hat Trick Gin and Bittermilk Number 2 into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to combine and strain into a tall glass with ice. Top the Hat Trick Gin and Bittermilk Number 2 mixture with Lemon Lime SpaceWater. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Grapefruit & Rosemary Spritzer

  • 2 ounces of Grapefruit SpaceWater
  • 1 ½ ounces of Hat Trick Gin (a local Charleston favorite from Highwire Distillery)
  • 1 ounces of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of simple syrup
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • Grapefruit wedge

Combine the Hat Trick Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and 1 sprig of crushed rosemary into a cocktail shaker. Shake to combine and strain into a glass filled with ice and top with Grapefruit SpaceWater. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and the grapefruit wedge.

Sparkling Greyhound

  • 2 ounces of Grapefruit SpaceWater
  • 1 ½ ounces of Hometown Vodka (a local Charleston favorite from Highwire Distillery)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Grapefruit wedge

Add ice to the glass. Combine the Hometown Vodka and honey into a cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into the glass and top with Grapefruit SpaceWater. Garnish with the grapefruit wedge.
